Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Moises Fernandino kicked off to start the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Fernandino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaromír Mauer in the 5th minute of the match. El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 15 played minutes Maylandseasky got a freekick which was hit by Azli Lam. After a rather tough play, Maylandseasky's Rudy Ning got a free kick in the 19th minute. Hafriz Seah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Leguizamo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Azli Lam came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sajeev Kool struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Ricardo Zorita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maylandseasky. After some careless play in the Maylandseasky defense, Moises Fernandino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hafriz Seah. The Maylandseasky fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hafriz Seah should have stopped the shot. Marco Tamayo's late challenge caught a Maylandseasky's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Tamayo helped the player get up and apologised. After 34 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Marco Tamayo. After 36 played minutes Maylandseasky got a freekick which was hit by Azli Lam. Hafriz Seah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Fernandino, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute Maylandseasky were awarded a corner. Clive Choy went to the cornerflag to take it. Jaromír Mauer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. Marco Tamayo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucrețiu Giosu. After the first half El Salvador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Luis Rubio hit a great ball. When Maylandseasky's Lucrețiu Giosu in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Mateo Leguizamo hit a great ball. Lucrețiu Giosu took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucrețiu Giosu, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Rudy Ning made in the 71st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Azly Hian however managed to control. When Maylandseasky's Lucrețiu Giosu in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. Clive Choy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hafriz Seah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Fernandino in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Maylandseasky's Sajeev Kool got a free kick in the 85th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Mateo Leguizamo managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Salvador's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Leguizamo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hafriz Seah breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 87th minute of play forced Maylandseasky's goalkeeper Hafriz Seah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Zorita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucrețiu Giosu's shot from short distance in the 89th minute.
