The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Olgierd Tscherner kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. In the 26th minute, Victorino Ado fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Victorino Ado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zachariasz Weyna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patricio Costa went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Olgierd Tscherner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Olgierd Tscherner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Howard Lovecraft struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wertian S Salvinorins. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Tscherner in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zachariasz Weyna was a little too slow when Tomas Illescas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 1-3. 78 minutes into the match, Wertian S Salvinorins's goalkeeper Zachariasz Weyna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. In the 80th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Zachariasz Weyna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Tscherner in the 91st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Ado in the 96th minute of play. Venezuela were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Wertian S Salvinorins's much stronger midfield.
