The tension between the Çanakkale and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. Koray Tibet kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Koray Tibet went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Reis Ünsal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salih Kaveloğlu hit a great ball. When Abraham Alguacil fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panama's protests and gave Abraham Alguacil a yellow card for diving instead. Abraham Alguacil came free with the goalkeeper in the 63rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ferdi Kargin could save by the left post. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Çanakkale's Ferdi Kargin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Miralles in the 69th minute of play. After having played for 73 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Çanakkale's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Ferdi Kargin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Ferdi Kargin as he didn't even see the shot coming. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İsmail Cem Eroğlu in the 84th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Panama's Aaron Barrios got a free kick in the 85th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Isidoro Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Ferdi Kargin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ferdi Kargin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomas Berganza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 94 minute of play. The Çanakkale fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
