Alex Chicote's late challenge caught a Latexperiment Kraków's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex Chicote helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Latexperiment Kraków booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rony Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 31st minute. Roland Moizuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Latexperiment Kraków's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Rony Sabóia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Moizuk in the 37th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rony Sabóia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stefan Penc made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Roland Moizuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Latexperiment Kraków's supporters rose to their feet, but Roland Moizuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roland Moizuk hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Bernardo Vitucci made in the 63rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tolek Bazan however managed to control. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 69th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71stth minute of the game Tolek Bazan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Latexperiment Kraków booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Moizuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Latexperiment Kraków's Roland Moizuk broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tolek Bazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After 90 minutes, Tolek Bazan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Latexperiment Kraków and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tolek Bazan hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
