Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Blasi in the 69th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Belisca Xana Sport Club ®'s Yannick Turpault managed to reach the ball for a save.
