In the 12th minute of the match, Cassius Byrne got a very nice opportunity to score, but 肖谦希 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 彭冰俊 struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ≮王者归来≯兵无常势水无常形. The wind increased when 彭冰俊 made the kick off in the second half. 肖谦希 came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Edward Mcdonald. But to his dismay, Edward Mcdonald quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, 潘威鹏 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and 潘威鹏 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 彭冰俊, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 肖谦希 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 65th minute of the match.
