Arif Ozan Oğuztan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Ritchie came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cirilo Ritchie in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jax Williamson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koby Wright in the 11th minute of play forced Arrecifes's goalkeeper Arif Ozan Oğuztan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrecifes's Arif Ozan Oğuztan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 17th minute of play. Arif Ozan Oğuztan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koby Wright, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute of the match Canada got a corner. Arrecifes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Koby Wright ran over to the corner to take the kick. Canada's Carter George was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 25 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's goal looked a bit too open when Koby Wright came free, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's goal looked a bit too open when Rohan Watson came free, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's goal looked a bit too open when Carter George came free, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arrecifes's Raul Vigil quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eric Hill, made in the 54th minute of the game. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arrecifes's goalkeeper Arif Ozan Oğuztan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Luka Harris advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-1 in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Dixon in the 64th minute of play forced Arrecifes's goalkeeper Arif Ozan Oğuztan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cirilo Ritchie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Natanael Matorin came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Arrecifes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natanael Matorin couldn't finish the play. Canada's Prince Anderson was substituted for Carter George. Arrecifes's Felipe Senon was substituted for Cirilo Ritchie. In the 79th minute Filip Edwards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Jan Dixon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Dixon in the 81st minute of play. Arif Ozan Oğuztan was left in no man's land by his defense there! A throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game was made by Alfred John with Jan Dixon as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Felipe Senon struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Jax Williamson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arrecifes. In the 95th match minute, Canada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Regan Jordan to maneuver through the defense. Canada's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
