The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Deportivo Tachito getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. In the 17th minute, Belmiro Arruda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 19 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Belmiro Arruda who took care of the corner kick. In the 25th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Selatse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belmiro Arruda didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 26th minute. Deportivo Tachito's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After 29 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Tafalla. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Belmiro Arruda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Belmiro Arruda really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Elias Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 36th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Belmiro Arruda to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Morgan Kerns notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Deportivo Tachito's Elias Selatse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 63rd minute of play. Elias Selatse made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabio Hustaz in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 忠 许褚 in the 81st minute of play. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Deportivo Tachito fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
