The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A throw-in in the 2nd minute of the game was made by Dennis Vilchez with Xzavier Falco as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 4th minute Radomir Lato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilmar Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tornado's goalkeeper Igor Koperski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Barcelona de América were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Tornado's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Perlaza Lena took the corner. The corner led Barcelona de América's Perlaza Lena to fire away a dangerous shot which Igor Koperski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Caetano Levandowsky notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tornado's Igor Koperski. Igor Koperski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Igor Koperski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caetano Levandowsky's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Barcelona de América's Caetano Levandowsky suffered a sore foot after 17 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 17 minutes, Xzavier Falco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tornado and the Barcelona de América players grew even worse after the yellow card. Barcelona de América made a substitution. Zayvion Ispuzua replaced Caetano Levandowsky. After a rather tough play, Tornado's Xzavier Falco got a free kick in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Tornado's goal looked a bit too open when Zayvion Ispuzua came free, but Igor Koperski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilmar Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Szymon Dzerwucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 22 minutes into the match, Barcelona de América's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Dzerwucki came free, but Gilmar Quadros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes of play, Barcelona de América's Zayvion Ispuzua made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Igor Koperski was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Zayvion Ispuzua kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Igor Koperski. That made the score 3-0 in the 31 minute of play. In the 35th minute Milosz Skirzynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilmar Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute of the match Tornado got a corner. Barcelona de América's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Konrad Bochinski ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Tornado's corner Konrad Bochinski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gilmar Quadros quite easily take care of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Milosz Skirzynski made a kick off. Tytus Olejniczak made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Teofil Frodyma immediately put the ball in play. In the 61st minute Radomir Lato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilmar Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute of the match, Radomir Lato tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gilmar Quadros saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tornado's Igor Koperski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zayvion Ispuzua in the 66th minute of play. Barcelona de América made a substitution. Ronaldinho Gentenaar replaced Perlaza Lena. 72 minutes into the match, Barcelona de América's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Skirzynski came free, but Gilmar Quadros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Barcelona de América was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Félix Torres to maneuver through the defense. Igor Koperski was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the game, Xzavier Falco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gilmar Quadros. Xzavier Falco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. In the 92nd minute, Ronaldinho Gentenaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 97 minutes, Bradford Scalzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barcelona de América and the Tornado players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 97 played minutes Barcelona de América got a freekick which was hit by Bradford Scalzo. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Barcelona de América had won after a very even match.
