Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Felix Montes advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 8th minute. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrik Markos was relentless in the 11th minute of the game.
