Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Axel Tasis made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Ellande Cuñat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Puig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Gotzon Ecija made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Lauaxeta Arvelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Orain Aparicio, made in the 15th minute of the game. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gotzon Ecija tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Deportivo Alianza Lima.'s Gotzon Ecija got control of the ball when Axel Tasis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Alianza Lima.'s Quintyn Odoardo. But to his dismay, Quintyn Odoardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Uriel Mayorga took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 41 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Carballo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Quintyn Odoardo in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Quintyn Odoardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Deportivo Alianza Lima.'s Gotzon Ecija played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 53rd minute of play. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Colado scored 0-3 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Luis Colado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Luis Colado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luis Colado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Alianza Lima.'s Lauaxeta Arvelo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Benito Sanz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 84th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ezkerra Valdecañas. Alexander Carballo charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexander Carballo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Alexander Carballo hit a great ball. Maria Fontoya's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Juan Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Luis Colado tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Deportivo Alianza Lima. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
