Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Cesar Godoy started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The crowd rose to their feet as Hasenkamp's Cesar Godoy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. That made the score 2-0 after 17 minutes of play. 24 minutes in the game, Eusebio Firmin dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 26th minute of play forced Hasenkamp's goalkeeper Astor Mederi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute Cesar Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Sainz. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Godoy in the 54th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Godoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Firmin in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Firmin came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Godoy in the 63rd minute of play. Astor Mederi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 69th minute.
