Luiz Eduardo Gomes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Miguel Breckenfeld could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Eduardo Gomes having to interfere. A hard shot 14 in the game by Zhu Zhen from a close distance when the talented Rolando Noboa managed to make a qualified save. Peru's players were relieved. In the 20th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eduardo Gomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Eduardo Gomes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Luiz Eduardo Gomes. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Süleyman Çakır in the 36th minute of the match. Luiz Eduardo Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 40th minute of play. Luz Tejedor missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 43 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Luiz Eduardo Gomes right hand side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. Luiz Eduardo Gomes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Joaquin Prats suffered a concussion in the 59th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miguel Breckenfeld during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Miguel Breckenfeld hit a great ball. Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Cristo Francho was substituted for Kauã de Carvalho. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Hélder Melo was substituted for Miguel Breckenfeld. 66 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Eduardo Gomes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Eduardo Gomes should have stopped the shot. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdo Pitta, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Gomes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 minutes of play, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Valdo Pitta made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ.
