Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benoit De Middeleer in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benoit De Middeleer in the 10th minute of play. When Sebastian Villa fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Sebastian Villa a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a free kick in the 17th minute. Arif Devan's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arif Devan helped the player get up and apologised. When Arif Devan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 31 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Singapore's Arif Devan got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lamar Lee having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Honduras were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lamar Lee was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 71st minute, Edmundo Espiga made a precise shot to the right of Lamar Lee. Singapore's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Lamar Lee didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Edmundo Espiga kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After 82 minutes, Esteban Carvallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the Singapore players grew even worse after the yellow card. 82 minutes into the game, one of Honduras:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Honduras:s Lautaro Navarro showed great skill when he stopped Benoit De Middeleer:s penalty. In the 83rd minute, Benoit De Middeleer made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 88th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lamar Lee saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th match minute, Singapore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benoit De Middeleer to maneuver through the defense. Edmundo Espiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Lamar Lee made a huge save. Edmundo Espiga, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 98th match minute, Singapore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jithu Hsin to maneuver through the defense. The Singapore supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Honduras's performance. The match ended with a win for Honduras.
