An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Natalucci in the 21st minute of play forced Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dave Clemente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter George in the 22nd minute of play. In the 26th minute Carter George shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dave Clemente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 29th minute of the game was made by Ettore Placidi with Armando Natalucci as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Armando Natalucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Jan Dixon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dave Clemente read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Glasgow Rangers FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Koby Wright was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. Richard Mccarthy made a great header on Canada's corner, it was just that Glasgow Rangers FC's Dave Clemente managed to reach the ball for a save. Canada's Jax Williamson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ettore Placidi in the 94th minute of play. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Placidi in the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th match minute, Glasgow Rangers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Riccitelli to maneuver through the defense. The Glasgow Rangers FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Canada were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
