The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. After taking down the ball on Estudiantes de rio IV's corner Manuel Quiroga fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Lacasa quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Dalmacio Musko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Segundo Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Ildefonso Cuartio ran back to his position shaking his head. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Emilio Palos made a huge save. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Musko in the 76th minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Musko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the game, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emilio Palos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 86 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de rio IV's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Emilio Palos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Estudiantes de rio IV's Emilio Palos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Estudiantes de rio IV from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Musko, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Alberto Tafalla kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emilio Palos. That made the score 0-5 in the 92 minute of play. The Estudiantes de rio IV fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
