Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Northland Vikings's Gao Peng Ran started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The throw-in from Luis Cazalla in the 2nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Northland Vikings's Aleksander Lange. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benne Benneborg saved Northland Vikings from getting behind. If Gao Peng Ran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 12th minute Gao Peng Ran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, one of Colombia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Colombia. Pedro Manzanares had in the 15thth minute some difficulties stopping Gao Peng Ran's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Gao Peng Ran sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gao Peng Ran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benne Benneborg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Northland Vikings's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Axel Montenegro was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. Gao Peng Ran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Benne Benneborg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Romeo Toro kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But to his dismay, Abram Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. Santino Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benne Benneborg having to make a save. Benne Benneborg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 59 minutes, Luis Cazalla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colombia and the Northland Vikings players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Luis Cazalla got a free kick in the 59th minute. Benne Benneborg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Gao Peng Ran came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Northland Vikings's Ture Waller was substituted for Gao Peng Ran. Ture Waller scored 2-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ture Waller in the 75th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Northland Vikings were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antonio Čolak took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Ture Lundgren heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ture Waller, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Ture Waller made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 84th minute, Ture Waller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Northland Vikings fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Ture Waller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Northland Vikings had won after a very even match.
