With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristobal Jesus saved Taltum FC from getting behind. Mellington Aniego charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristobal Jesus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Zorita scored 0-5 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristobal Jesus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Cristobal Jesus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Rodas Valdivieso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cristobal Jesus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felix Montenegro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 73 minute of play. With a little luck, Taltum FC's Cristobal Jesus got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristobal Jesus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 94th minute of the match. The Taltum FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
