If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Wiman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Dindarbelidiyespor's Oskar Bergkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 20th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Wiman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dennis Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes Dindarbelidiyespor got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Dahlberg. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dindarbelidiyespor's Fredrik Wiman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Dindarbelidiyespor's Fredrik Wiman. Fredrik Wiman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 30th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute of the match Mårten Hedkvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 34th match minute, Dindarbelidiyespor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oskar Bergkvist to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fredrik Wiman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fredrik Wiman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fredrik Wiman. Dindarbelidiyespor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Fredrik Wiman made a huge save. In the 51st minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fredrik Wiman. Fredrik Wiman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Wilhelm Liljeström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Fredrik Wiman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Fredrik Wiman made a huge save. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Dindarbelidiyespor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. In the 69th minute, Luis Andino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dindarbelidiyespor made a substitution. Gottfrid Ekström replaced Kaj Petersson. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Dahlberg in the 75th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mårten Hedkvist who took care of the corner kick. Oskar Bergkvist made a great header on Dindarbelidiyespor's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 81st minute of play forced Dindarbelidiyespor's goalkeeper Fredrik Wiman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fredrik Wiman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gottfrid Ekström in the 85th minute of play. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredrik Wiman having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Dindarbelidiyespor's Dennis Dahlberg got a free kick in the 94th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
