Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Charles Teuma Castelletti made the kick off and thus started the match. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Maximino Illan in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cuervos AFC's Evaristo Roldan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of play. Evaristo Roldan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice moves Maximino Illan could shoot a difficult shot in the 41st minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Teuma Castelletti in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Cuervos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Evaristo Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaristo Roldan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
