Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Doriva Goiano in the 15 minute of the game. Habib Kutuner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After a rather tough play, THE LEGEND COME BACK's João Augusto Dolić got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute of the match Luz Tejedor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Habib Kutuner showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 23rd minute of play forced THE LEGEND COME BACK's goalkeeper Habib Kutuner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Habib Kutuner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Luz Tejedor hit a great ball. Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Habib Kutuner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Habib Kutuner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Milagros Fraga kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Joselito Gimenez made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Efraim Gilabert. Habib Kutuner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Eliseo Mina hit a great ball. After 58 minutes of play, THE LEGEND COME BACK's Noel Buhagiar made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Doriva Goiano kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Julian Murillo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Habib Kutuner. That made the score 1-3 in the 65 minute of play. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Anthony Alvarado hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Habib Kutuner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doğan Sabeddin in the 72nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Habib Kutuner saved THE LEGEND COME BACK from getting behind. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 75th minute. 83 minutes into the match, THE LEGEND COME BACK's goalkeeper Habib Kutuner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. In the 84th minute, Peru's Julian Murillo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Habib Kutuner. Habib Kutuner yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. In the 89th minute, Peru's Rafael Gallo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Habib Kutuner made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Rafael Gallo sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute, Rafael Gallo made a precise shot to the right of Habib Kutuner. THE LEGEND COME BACK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Peru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
