Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Arturo Porreca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After 4 played minutes Beetje Moe Re-United got a freekick which was hit by Ralph Averdijk. In the 5th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jelte Zevenberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th match minute, Beetje Moe Re-United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralph Averdijk to maneuver through the defense. Ralph Averdijk kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jelte Zevenberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. Jelte Zevenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ben Wisgerhof in the 21st minute of play. Beetje Moe Re-United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marco Hegeman in the 22nd minute. Jelte Zevenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Arturo Porreca sent off a good shot on target. Arturo Porrecas short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 37 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ger de Jong. Benjamin Heck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agustín Saelices kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Arturo Porreca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montes got a free kick in the 58th minute. After 59 played minutes, Beetje Moe Re-United's Marco Hegeman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Beetje Moe Re-United reached it. Benjamin Heck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Porreca in the 62nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Beetje Moe Re-United's Arturo Porreca in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. The Beetje Moe Re-United fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Beetje Moe Re-United's Arturo Porreca looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thomas Mann during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thomas Mann hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Beetje Moe Re-United's Auttanapadi Mishra was substituted for Ralph Averdijk. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Beetje Moe Re-United fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ecuador had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
