Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Justo Sagrario made the kick off and thus started the match. After 10 minutes of play, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matias Eder was left in no man's land by his defense there! Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Pedro Manzanares successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Colombia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roberto Mateus was slow to take the kick. During this time Águilas Poblanas's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Roberto Mateus got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Manzanares quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Matias Eder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 24th minute of play. Matias Eder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matias Eder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 25th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Mastache. After 31 played minutes, Águilas Poblanas's Roberto Mateus shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Águilas Poblanas reached it. In the 33rd minute, Gustavo Chabier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Matias Eder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Abram Sarmiento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Kevin Mastache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Águilas Poblanas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Ubarna to maneuver through the defense. Axel Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Matias Eder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Eder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Colombia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
