Xu Wei's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Thiago Pliego firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 27th minute Brent-Jan Kindermans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Brent-Jan Kindermans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 31st minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Xacintu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angel Xacintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 37th minute of play. Carhue's Angel Xacintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Xu Wei came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 minutes, Leon Kaxen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carhue and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card. Charles De Ketelaere's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles De Ketelaere, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute, Mario Chago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carhue's Angel Xacintu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Carhue from getting a goal against them.
