Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Francisco Seco got the match started through his kick off. Maximiliano Escribano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Drini Kapaj read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Camilo Covarrubias got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luftim Hamdiu in the 6th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eneid Ilo in the 11th minute of the match. After 12 minutes Uruguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vlash Xhaferri who took care of the corner kick. Mali i Thatë FC's Vlash Xhaferri was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joaquin Gayoso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kevin Carballal hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Luftim Hamdiu made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 26th minute, Maximiliano Escribano made a precise shot to the right of Drini Kapaj. Mali i Thatë FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 29 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Gisbert. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pajtim Tepelena during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mali i Thatë FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! 33 minutes into the match, Jaime Cazalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Drini Kapaj. Mali i Thatë FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaime Cazalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Zihni Dervishi made in the 36th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Demirel Arbnori immediately put the ball in play. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Meleq Tare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Meleq Tare left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mali i Thatë FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mali i Thatë FC! Jaime Cazalla shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Mali i Thatë FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Drini Kapaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Meleq Tare went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Mali i Thatë FC's Pajtim Tepelena got a free kick in the 59th minute. Jaime Cazalla struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Drini Kapaj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Alberto Gisbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Drini Kapaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Drini Kapaj saved Mali i Thatë FC from getting behind. A throw-in in the 65th minute of the game was made by Zihni Dervishi with Erando Gacaferi as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Meleq Tare who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Joaquin Gayoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kevin Carballal hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Drini Kapaj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joaquin Gayoso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Meleq Tare showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 73 minute of play. In the 79th minute, Mali i Thatë FC's Meleq Tare dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meleq Tare in the 82nd minute of the match. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Uruguay's Francisco Seco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Drini Kapaj narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Drini Kapaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sefedin Gjyle hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Mali i Thatë FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Uruguay's much stronger midfield.
