Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Evelio Ignatius made a huge save. Real Academia Serengetti's Evelio Ignatius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evelio Ignatius. Real Academia Serengetti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Borja in the 30th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoro Sarmiento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evelio Ignatius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Panama's Jose Carita got a free kick in the 37th minute. Miguel Borja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Edwin De Mulder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a free kick in the 45th minute.

Edwin De Mulder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. Miguel Borja might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Borja ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Borja in the 57th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, one of Real Academia Serengetti:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Real Academia Serengetti. The referee gave Panama a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Abraham Alguacil, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Real Academia Serengetti's Evelio Ignatius. 2-1. Isidoro Sarmiento hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Borja. Miguel Borja scored 2-2 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Isidoro Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Real Academia Serengetti's Evelio Ignatius. Evelio Ignatius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
