Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Karpaty Krosno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Izydor Drab to maneuver through the defense. Cyprian Gizynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Marcin Galaska recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Grzegorz Wyrostek in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 19 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. The audience was convinced that Wawrzyniec Bielecki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 23 minutes into the match, Karpaty Krosno's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Gustaw Kosmatka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcin Galaska in the 26th minute of play. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaw Kosmatka having to interfere. After 30 minutes of play, Karpaty Krosno's Cyprian Gizynski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute of the match Karpaty Krosno got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcin Galaska ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Karpaty Krosno's corner Marcin Galaska fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Camilo Gaos thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Jonathan Ferrant, a very annoying self made goal in the 42nd minute which led to 2-0. In the 45th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Kosmatka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcin Galaska charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcin Galaska the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Marcin Galaska hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The corner went over the outstretched arms of Karpaty Krosno's goalie and right to Jose Correa. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Karpaty Krosno's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 54 minutes into the match, Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper Gustaw Kosmatka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Venezuela's Patricio Costa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kacper Piekarczyk in the 56 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Karpaty Krosno's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustaw Kosmatka came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Marcin Galaska had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Gustaw Kosmatka made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wawrzyniec Bielecki in the 67th minute of the match. When Marcin Galaska came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Karpaty Krosno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcin Galaska couldn't finish the play. Wawrzyniec Bielecki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. After 78 played minutes Karpaty Krosno got a freekick which was hit by Kacper Piekarczyk. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprian Gizynski in the 83rd minute of play. Gustaw Kosmatka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 85th minute. Gustaw Kosmatka made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Karpaty Krosno's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
