When Daniel Zorita, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 80 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The 宋朗卫 was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 84 minutes into the game, 白飞瑜 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-4. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 86 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. In the 88th minute 袁源潮 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 宋朗卫 having to interfere.
