After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, 袁源潮 managed to get in a good position for a shot. ☆战国☆百战雄师's supporters rose to their feet, but 袁源潮 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when 袁源潮 got free with Dante Lacasa in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 宋朗卫 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 40th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 朱鸿志 to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the ☆战国☆百战雄师 defense, Luca Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 宋朗卫. The ☆战国☆百战雄师 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 宋朗卫 should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute 李洲寒 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 宋朗卫 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. ☆战国☆百战雄师's 白飞瑜 was substituted for 朱鸿志. 宋朗卫 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 62nd minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 袁源潮 in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute ☆战国☆百战雄师 were awarded a corner. 袁源潮 went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that 袁源潮 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dante Lacasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 李洲寒 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, ☆战国☆百战雄师's goalkeeper 宋朗卫 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, 李洲寒 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which 宋朗卫 however easily saved by the left post. Macos Graciani kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 鲁枫耀 in the 94th minute of the match. The ☆战国☆百战雄师 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
