Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ingars Miders started the match with the kick off. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ioan Mavrodin in the 2nd minute of the match. In the 5thth minute of the game Ingars Miders who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jorge Campos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Daniel Zorita got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jorge Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hermínio Cavalcante kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Jorge Campos made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingars Miders's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Macaco F.C.'s Ioan Mavrodin. But to his dismay, Ioan Mavrodin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 38 minutes into the game, Yılmaz Candar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Macaco F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After having played for 39 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingars Miders in the 45th minute of play. The corner ended in Hermínio Cavalcante almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Ingars Miders tried to sneak it across the goal line. Macaco F.C.'s Jorge Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65thth minute of the game Luis Andino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macaco F.C.'s Jorge Campos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingars Miders's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. The Macaco F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Macaco F.C.'s Ingars Miders looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Campos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute Ingars Miders shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Macaco F.C.'s Jorge Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 86th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingars Miders got free with Julio Vera in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Macaco F.C.'s Ingars Miders got a free kick in the 91st minute. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Ioan Mavrodin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Although Ecuador had been in control for most of the match, Macaco F.C. still came away with the win.
