When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edward Preston made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Edward Preston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Hugo Ferrant threw the ball into play from the sideline. Egg Chasers FC's Billy Bedford quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The crowd rose to their feet as Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stuart Caton. That made the score 0-1 after 57 minutes of play. A sloppy throw-in by Efrain Moruga in the 62nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Egg Chasers FC's Zane Holt. In the 63rd minute, Eliseo Noboa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Efrain Moruga made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Egg Chasers FC's Zane Holt. Hugo Ferrant made in the 72nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Lautaro Puig however managed to control. Axel Tasis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Stuart Caton made a huge save. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the game, Lautaro Puig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Egg Chasers FC the free kick. Egg Chasers FC's attentive Zane Holt managed to snatch the ball when Abel Carballo made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. Eliseo Noboa kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The throw-in from Lautaro Puig in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Egg Chasers FC's Edward Preston. Zane Holt kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Hugo Ferrant threw the ball into play from the sideline. Egg Chasers FC's Billy Bedford quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The Egg Chasers FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Costa Rica to win.
