Halit Balcik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. 44 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Bialakowski came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 冯南庭 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ignacy Kazimierz during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Duarte Carvalho sent off a good shot on target. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Duarte Carvalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Weronka Team getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Ignacy Kazimierz hit a great ball. In the 89th match minute, Weronka Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halit Balcik to maneuver through the defense. Duarte Carvalho scored 3-3 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
