Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Enegren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olofsi IF's Einar Ingvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefano St. Juste in the 38th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Alberto Tafalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Einar Ingvall was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Einar Ingvall threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tyrone Rubayo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dante Lacasa. Mexico's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Victor Cuesta kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Einar Ingvall was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Einar Ingvall made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olofsi IF's goalkeeper Einar Ingvall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Olofsi IF's Einar Ingvall got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Einar Ingvall. Lautaro Mancebo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Einar Ingvall was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olavo Koehler in the 94th minute of the match.
