The Egg Chasers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stuart Caton should have stopped the shot. 11 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Egg Chasers FC's Stuart Caton. Stuart Caton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stuart Caton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21stth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Egg Chasers FC's Stuart Caton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes in the game Emanuel Ocampo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sebastian Villa. 25 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Stuart Caton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Egg Chasers FC's Stuart Caton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stuart Caton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stuart Caton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. Christian Sancho was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 38th play minutes Edmundo Espiga shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Stuart Caton and just under the crossbar into goal. After the first half Honduras were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stuart Caton came out and tried to block the shot, but Edmundo Espiga slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 82nd minute. A hard shot 87 in the game by Edmundo Espiga from a close distance when the talented Stuart Caton managed to make a qualified save. Egg Chasers FC's players were relieved. Edmundo Espiga in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stuart Caton, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 91st minute, Esteban Carvallo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Stuart Caton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stuart Caton was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Edmundo Espiga capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edmundo Espiga really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Honduras's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
