Sam Campbells short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Aristide Beșliu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 80th minute, Monty Rogers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Lindström in the 93rd minute of the match. Angel Lehoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. USA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
