Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Luis Andino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Vidal was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Luis Andino put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Joel Vidal. Compugraf's Joel Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Compugraf's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Joel Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Joel Vidal came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Felix Montenegro. But to his dismay, Felix Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Joel Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 17th minute of play forced Compugraf's goalkeeper Joel Vidal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Vidal having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Luis Andino made a precise shot to the right of Joel Vidal. Compugraf's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joel Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Joel Vidal despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Arias in the 33rd minute of play forced Compugraf's goalkeeper Joel Vidal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Arias, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Luis Andino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joel Vidal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 37th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Vidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Felix Montenegro sped through Compugraf's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joel Vidal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Vidal saved Compugraf from getting behind. In the 47th minute, Agustín Saelices ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Vidal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Júlio Neves was the one to do the kick off. Joel Vidal came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. 56 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Vidal. Compugraf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. Joel Vidal came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. Joel Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Felix Montenegro let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 63rd minute shot 0-12 at rihgt post. 66 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joel Vidal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-13. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel Vidal. Joel Vidal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-14. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joel Vidal firmly grabbed it by the left post. Joel Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 74th minute of play. After some careless play in the Compugraf defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Vidal. The Compugraf fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Vidal should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Primitivo Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Vidal. Compugraf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Primitivo Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-16. In the 84th minute, Ecuador's Luis Andino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-17. 87 minutes into the match, Compugraf's goalkeeper Joel Vidal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Joel Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joel Vidal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-18. Compugraf's Joel Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 94th minute of play. Daniel Zorita succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-19 in the 96th playminute.
