Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Arif Ozan Oğuztan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Koby Wright could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a huge save. Arif Ozan Oğuztan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 20th minute of the match. Arif Ozan Oğuztan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Cirilo Ritchie took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jax Williamson. Jax Williamson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cirilo Ritchie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jax Williamson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Arrecifes's Arif Ozan Oğuztan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter George in the 32nd minute of play. If Jan Dixon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Modesto Gipuzkoa kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Jan Dixon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a huge save. Arif Ozan Oğuztan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Dixon in the 45th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Dixon got free with Arif Ozan Oğuztan in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Arrecifes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cirilo Ritchie to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Dixon in the 60th minute of play forced Arrecifes's goalkeeper Arif Ozan Oğuztan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrecifes's Felipe Senon was substituted for Cirilo Ritchie. Canada made a substitution. Theo Burton replaced Rohan Watson. In the 63rd minute Canada were awarded a corner. Jan Dixon went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jan Dixon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arif Ozan Oğuztan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 66 minutes into the match, Felipe Senon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jax Williamson, 0-2. Canada's Eric Hill quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Taci Ulusoy, made in the 70th minute of the game. In the 75th minute, Richard Mccarthy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Felipe Senon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Canada's Jax Williamson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Canada from getting a goal against them. Arrecifes's Arif Ozan Oğuztan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Edwards in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes in the game Taci Ulusoy did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Felipe Senon. In the 89th minute Jan Dixon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Jan Dixon made a precise shot to the right of Arif Ozan Oğuztan. Arrecifes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Arrecifes had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
