With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kustaa Esala in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. After 34 played minutes Liverpool FC got a freekick which was hit by Viljami Virtala. Tuukka Liimatainen's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tuukka Liimatainen helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Liverpool FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. An annoying self made goal, 3-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The wind increased when Taito Turpeinen made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tuukka Liimatainen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 51 minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Kustaa Esala sent off a good shot on target. After 76 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Viljami Virtala scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 3-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Liverpool FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
