Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Osasco Hot Dogers's Tiaguinho Lira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaime Pardo during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Tiaguinho Lira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector Covarrubias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Roberto Veiga having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Tiaguinho Lira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giovanni Munhoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Osasco Hot Dogers's Claudinho Gonçalves got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Hector Covarrubias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiaguinho Lira in the 35th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Luiz Paulo Carneiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo Carneiro in the 40th minute of play. Jaime Pardo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Paraguay! When the match had been going on for 45 minutes, Osasco Hot Dogers's Ivo Dracena got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jacobo Nores.

The wind increased when Jaime Pardo made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Osasco Hot Dogers got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Paulo Carneiro. Jaime Pardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Covarrubias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Roberto Veiga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Jaime Pardo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zé Roberto Veiga. That made the score 2-1 in the 59 minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Osasco Hot Dogers's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Veiga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Covarrubias. If Moisés Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Roberto Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 71st minute of the match. When Jaime Pardo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. In the 74th minute, Jaime Pardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiaguinho Lira made in the 78th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ivo Dracena however managed to control. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Luiz Paulo Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Osasco Hot Dogers's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Paulo Carneiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luiz Paulo Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Many of Paraguay's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Paraguay may have spent more time on the ball, but Osasco Hot Dogers were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
