After a defensive mix-up in Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s zone, Axel Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Przemyslaw Tscherner came out of the goal and Axel Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gugu Mandrak scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gugu Mandrak in the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Przemyslaw Tscherner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Przemyslaw Tscherner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 22nd minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Przemyslaw Tscherner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sándor Szabados in the 37th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Abram Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Przemyslaw Tscherner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abram Sarmiento in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Przemyslaw Tscherner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Samuel Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Ryszard Nowak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

51 minutes into the match, Abram Sarmiento notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Przemyslaw Tscherner. Przemyslaw Tscherner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santino Seco in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Przemyslaw Tscherner saved Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- from getting behind. In the 76th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Przemyslaw Tscherner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Abram Sarmiento sped through Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Przemyslaw Tscherner. 81 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Przemyslaw Tscherner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abram Secada. Colombia's attentive Kevin Mastache managed to snatch the ball when Di Feng Zhen made a throw-in in the 83rd minute of the game. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Ignacio Mastache scored to the left of an out of position Przemyslaw Tscherner, making the score, 3-4. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Gugu Mandrak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Ryszard Nowak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-4. If Gugu Mandrak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
