The supporters of Jamaica booed when Sokolica SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milosz Jenkot didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

53 minutes into the game, Sokolica SSA's Mariusz Gniewek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demonde Jacobson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Miromir Barys took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finlay Stair, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leron Sale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Miromir Barys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miromir Barys was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Sokolica SSA's zone, Finlay Stair stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miromir Barys came out of the goal and Finlay Stair tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kordal Duff struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Miromir Barys didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jamaica. Jamaica's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
