Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 4th minute of the match April 25 SC got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kucandana Fastergaard ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ecuador's goalie and right to Tomás Franco. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ecuador's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Cordario Encina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Cordario Encina made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. If Ahmet Paşa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ahmet Paşa came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the April 25 SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Paşa couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Paşa came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cordario Encina. April 25 SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 37 minutes into the match, April 25 SC's Ahmet Paşa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anier Rocendo was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cordario Encina made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Cordario Encina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Cordario Encina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 56th minute of play. April 25 SC's José Rivera was substituted for Ahmet Paşa. After 59 minutes April 25 SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Agustín Saelices got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cordario Encina quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cristian Sancho scored 4-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cordario Encina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 68th minute Anier Rocendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When April 25 SC's Anier Rocendo, in the 68th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for April 25 SC. If Ramiro James had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, April 25 SC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Cordario Encina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cordario Encina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 77th minute of the match. Cordario Encina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramiro James in the 83rd minute. In the 88th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordario Encina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro James kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Long Dong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 93 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Cordario Encina right hand side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ecuador had played much better football throughout.
