With an all-out effort, Legio X Eqvestris's Morales Toralino threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luis Navarro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ferdi Bomba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ariel Gustau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc were awarded a corner. Alberto Ihintza went to the cornerflag to take it. Ariel Gustau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdi Bomba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdi Bomba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ariel Gustau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Tales Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Rudy came free, but Morales Toralino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ariel Gustau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdi Bomba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Legio X Eqvestris's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alberto Ihintza took the corner. After 29 minutes Legio X Eqvestris's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alberto Ihintza who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Legio X Eqvestris's goalie and right to Ferdi Bomba. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Legio X Eqvestris's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Legio X Eqvestris's Ariel Gustau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tales Arruda in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc's Ferdi Bomba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ariel Gustau made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Gervasio Bieito hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tadeusz Rudy got free with Morales Toralino in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferdi Bomba in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Gustau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tales Arruda to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Legio X Eqvestris's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdi Bomba came free, but Ariel Gustau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 60 minutes on the clock, Teodosio Farias commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 60 minutes into the game, one of Legio X Eqvestris:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc made a substitution. Nicanor Montxo replaced Gervasio Bieito. lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alberto Ihintza in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute Tadeusz Rudy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morales Toralino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeusz Rudy in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Morales Toralino saved lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc from getting behind. In the 74th minute, lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc's Ferdi Bomba dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Ariel Gustau came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc's Ferdi Bomba. But to his dismay, Ferdi Bomba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Ferdi Bomba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Gustau having to interfere. Ariel Gustau made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ferdi Bomba sent off a good shot on target. When Nicanor Montxo came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicanor Montxo couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
