Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) CACYFA's Adrian Czornomaz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Kadri Adılhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Czornomaz succeeded in the game's 9th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, CACYFA's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Luis Quirce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Czornomaz came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Adrian Czornomaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Czornomaz in the 32nd minute of play. Ahmet Kadri Adılhan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

CACYFA's Luis Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 51st minute of play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Luis Quirce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Ahmet Kadri Adılhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. CACYFA's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Kadri Adılhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Kadri Adılhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Felix Montenegro came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Luis Quirce could save by the left post. In the 68th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. CACYFA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Luis Andino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luis Quirce quite easily take care of the ball. Luis Andino didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 68th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Luis Andino ran dejectedly back to his position. Safet Jovanović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Emeterio in the 74th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Alfredo Emeterio put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Luis Quirce made a huge save. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Luis Quirce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in CACYFA's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Quirce came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute of the game, Felix Montenegro landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. A collision led to CACYFA getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Basilio Bixintxo hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the game, Emil Tomasson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CACYFA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Emil Tomasson kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 93 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luis Quirce was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adolfo Jorrin kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
