Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jaime Pardo kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Katsilimaνika's Grigoris Moustakidis got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Kostas Nikolaidis was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Jaime Pardo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jaime Pardo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Marinos Mouratidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Katsilimaνika was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marinos Kisemlis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kostas Nikolaidis was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Xavier Zoido. Kostas Nikolaidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Katsilimaνika was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iakovos Trichias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hector Covarrubias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kostas Nikolaidis having to interfere. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marinos Mouratidis in the 39th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marinos Kisemlis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marinos Kisemlis's late challenge caught a Paraguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marinos Kisemlis helped the player get up and apologised. After 53 played minutes Katsilimaνika got a freekick which was hit by Marinos Kisemlis. Katsilimaνika's Kostas Nikolaidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 56th minute of play. After some careless play in the Katsilimaνika defense, Jaime Pardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kostas Nikolaidis. The Katsilimaνika fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kostas Nikolaidis should have stopped the shot. Nestoras Tsatsoulis struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Katsilimaνika. 69 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marinos Mouratidis. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iakovos Trichias during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Katsilimaνika getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Iakovos Trichias hit a great ball. Grigoris Moustakidis charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Grigoris Moustakidis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee ended the match the Paraguay players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
