Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th minute of the match Segmon IF got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joseph Österlund ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 10th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Glad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert to fire away a dangerous shot which Alfons Glad despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Costa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfons Glad having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Viktor Biörnberg in the 24th minute. Robert Dubiel succeeded in the game's 26th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. In the 27th minute, Johannes Rosin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leif Löfdahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Dubiel came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Lars-Erik Lidström capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lars-Erik Lidström really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leif Löfdahl in the 41st minute.

After 52 minutes, Patricio Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Segmon IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 60 played minutes Segmon IF got a freekick which was hit by Börje Finnman. In the 64thth minute of the game Leif Löfdahl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lars-Erik Lidström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 73 minutes into the match, Patricio Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfons Glad. Segmon IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patricio Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Dubiel in the 77th minute of play. Lars-Erik Lidström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Segmon IF's Joseph Österlund broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Leif Löfdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segmon IF's Alfons Glad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Segmon IF from getting a goal against them. When Robert Dubiel came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Segmon IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Dubiel couldn't finish the play. Segmon IF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
