Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Szymon Labus dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Julio Vera, 1-1. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Proca came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbigniew Laba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd match minute, White Star Troopers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo León to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 23 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute, Adam Proca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The White Star Troopers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Zbigniew Laba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute of play. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartosz Bentkowski in the 35th minute. Antonio Arias thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Julio Vera, a very annoying self made goal in the 36th minute which led to 4-1. 43 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Proca. In the 44th match minute, White Star Troopers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sancho Andres to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adam Proca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Agustín Saelices ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zbigniew Laba was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Proca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ludomil Zaremba kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. White Star Troopers's Zbigniew Laba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save White Star Troopers from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 64th minute of play forced White Star Troopers's goalkeeper Zbigniew Laba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zbigniew Laba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, White Star Troopers's Zbigniew Laba got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Proca in the 71st minute of play. Zbigniew Laba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 74th minute. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. White Star Troopers's Bartlomiej Ludwiczak was substituted for Ludomil Zaremba. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 81st minute of the match Szymon Labus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, White Star Troopers's Damiano Berardini got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Zbigniew Laba made a huge save. Zbigniew Laba made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Cristian Sancho could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Zbigniew Laba however easily saved by the left post. In the 90th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The White Star Troopers support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
