The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejandro Villa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Jarana FC's Paolo Fernendo got a free kick in the 37th minute. Bolivia's Alfonso de la Cruz got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 92 played minutes Jarana FC got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Fernendo. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Jarana FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
