Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filip Topolski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Emil Modrzewski got a free kick in the 91st minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pankracy Rasiak in the 94th minute of play. Many of Mexico's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Mexico may have spent more time on the ball, but LKS Wasik Lidzbark were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
