Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Jarana FC's Paolo Balasi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Lautaro Puig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gervasio Oier was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Hugo Ferrant made in the 12th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lautaro Puig immediately put the ball in play. The throw-in from Hugo Ferrant in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Jarana FC's Tobias Ospetsu. A sloppy throw-in by Efrain Moruga in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Jarana FC's Angelo Di María. Axel Tasis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Oier having to interfere. Gervasio Oier made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Axel Tasis sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute, Axel Tasis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Paolo Balasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Tasis in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gervasio Oier saved Jarana FC from getting behind. Lautaro Puig charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lautaro Puig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Aaron Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Hugo Ferrant hit a great ball. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Balasi in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Fernendo came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Jarana FC's Angelo Di María quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Efrain Moruga, made in the 74th minute of the game. Axel Tasis kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Eliseo Noboa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Noboa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gervasio Oier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A sloppy throw-in by Efrain Moruga in the 88th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Jarana FC's Angelo Di María. In the 89th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense.
